Stainless steel Reaction tank is one of the typical reactive equipment in chemical, pharmaceutical and foodstuff industries. It accelerates chemical reaction by mixing two or more types of liquid, or liquid and solid or gas materials of certain capacity with stirrer under certain pressure and temperature. It is often accompanied by heat effect. The heat required is input or exhausted by heat-exchanging device.
The Reaction tank mainly consists of tank, jacket and stirring system. The stirring type is mostly gate type, ensuring materials fully mixed within short time; The sealing is mechanical type, keeping pressure in tank and preventing materials in tank from leaking and resulting in unnecessary pollution. The parts in contact with material are made of SS304 orSS 316 in conformity with sanitary standard for medicine.
Reaction kettles could even be designed in accordance with the requirements of customers.
